What are the age requirements for Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten?
Students entering Junior Kindergarten must be age 4 by October 1st. Students entering Kindergarten must be age 5 by October 1st.

When does the 2024-25 school year begin?
Our first day of school is August 19th. The full calendar is available on the Calendar tab.

What is the process for registering my child for the 2024-2025 school year?
Parents should first arrange a tour with the Director of Admissions. An online enrollment application, contract and fees can then be submitted to reserve a place in the school. Tours are available by appointment. Registration for the 2024-2025 school year began in January, 2024.

Are you still accepting students for the 2024-25 school year?
We accept enrollment applications throughout the school year. If a grade level is full, an application will be added to the waiting list, and families will be notified if a spot becomes available.

When will registration for the summer camp program begin?
Registration information and weekly tuition rates for the 2024  summer camp program will be available in early March.

What is Merryhill Midtown’s uniform policy?
We require all students to wear a school uniform unless otherwise directed. Click here to view our 2024-2025 uniform guidelines.

Where can I purchase my child’s uniform?
Uniforms can be purchased online from School Uniforms by Tommy Hilfiger

Where can I purchase Merryhill logo wear?
We offer logo wear through School Uniforms by Tommy Hilfiger or through the school spirit store.

Is lunch provided?
Lunch services are available for purchase for $6.50/lunch. Orders are placed each Monday by 8AM for the week ahead. Meals include a main, side, fresh fruit/veggie, and a drink. Vegetarian options are available daily.

What are the traditional hours of operation?
Kindergarten-5th Grade Academic Day – 8:15 am to 3:00 pm with Study Hall from 3:00 pm to 3:45 pm
6th-8th Grade Academic Day – 8:20 am to 3:45 pm
Extended Day – 7:00 am – 8:00 am and 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Where do students continue their education after graduation?
Our students go on to attend both public high schools and select private high schools in our area such as Christian Brothers, Jesuit and St. Francis. Either way, they are well-prepared to succeed in high school and beyond.

Is the school accredited?
We are fully accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Schools, Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).
