Dear Parents,
It’s hard to believe November has come and gone. We had an awesome time with our Fall Festival, thanks to everyone who attended and donated items for this event! Our children also exceeded their goal this month for our charitable giving campaign – Share the Warmth Blanket Drive! Our school’s goal was to collect 75 blankets to be donated to CitySquare. CitySquare helps helps families in need and the homeless. With everyone’s generous giving we collected 106 blankets!!!! We are so grateful that we are able to help others keep warm during this winter season!
This month we will continue to educate our young children on giving to others by doing good deeds. On Monday, December 1st we will kick off “25 Days of Grinch-mas”. During the month, children will share what good deeds they did for others to make the holidays brighter. For other activities this month, please check out our monthly calendar and newsletter.
Our school will be closed on December 26th and January 2nd for the holidays. We wish your family a joyous holiday season! We are excited for a new year filled with new beginnings.
Sincerely,
Angel Ahlbrandt, Principal
Shirley Gent, Assistant Principal
