Nancy Tatum - Assistant Principal

It is my pleasure to welcome you to fifth grade. I have thirty years teaching experience and 15 years at Merryhill School and am glad to be a part of Merryhill School community. Our classroom curriculum encourages learning and responsibility, as well as family participation. My students will be challenged, but have fun in the learning process.

The school year will bring many exciting adventures and new challenges. We will explore novels that will bring us to new places and build our imagination through vocabulary and reading skills. Science will inspire us as we engage in hands-on STEM projects. We thrive to build a classroom and school community through student council and leadership. Our classroom curriculum encourages learning and responsibility, as well as family participation. My students will be challenged, but have fun in the learning process.
