A MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL’S DESK: Spring is in full bloom! It is so wonderful to see the children outside exploring and enjoying the changing of the season. The mornings are still a little cooler so please make sure your child comes to school with a light sweater or jacket. We want to thank everybody for making our Week of the Young Child a huge success, and our Ladybug Parade and Release Celebration. The smiles on the children’s faces as they watched the ladybugs be released was priceless.
This month we will be celebrating our MOMS we our annual Mother’s Day Tea Party and Hat Parade on Friday May 11th from 3:00 pm to 4:00pm. We hope you all can make it and let us celebrate YOU! This month is also an important month, our teachers play an important role in your child’s day to day life and we will be celebrating them and all their hard work May 14th-18th. Wednesday May 16th we will be having a potluck and if you would like to bring in an item for your teachers please let the front office know. Let’s take a little time and say THANK YOU to our amazing staff here at Merryhill Calvine.
We are having an Open House Tuesday May 8th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, so if you know a family looking for care for the new upcoming 2018-2019 school year, invite them to stop by and look at all the wonderful things happening at Merryhill Calvine.
