August Events & Reminders
- The last Splash day of the summer will be August 11th
- August 18th will be our annual Back the Blue Bike day!
- Friday, August 25th Merryhill will be closed for teacher Professional Development Day
- The first day of the 2017-2018 begins August 28th!
*For the month of August we will be focusing on Kids Helping Kids. We will be selling “Cookies for Kids” in the Summer Camp building. Each classroom will help to decorate or bake treats in some way. All the money made from the bake sales will be donated to the Children’s Heart Foundation. (Please check back later for times and dates of bake sales)
Message from the Principal:
Wow!! August already?! Time flies when you’re having fun! Especially for the Agents of Summer here at Trophy Club! Together our Agents of Summer are always up to something fun and exciting! To end our summer field trips with a BANG we’re wrapping things up with: Bowling, Tornado Terry’s, and Laser Tag!!
But the Top Secret Agents of Summer Camp aren’t the only ones having fun! The preschool side of things never takes a break from learning or fun – not even during summer! Our junior agents have been busy welcoming new friendly faces, enjoying our NEW playground equipment, preparing for our Kids Helping Kids Bake Sale, revving up for bike day, and preparing for the start of the new school year.
Finally, we want to give a big shout out to the teachers & staff members who make all of these smiling faces possible. We couldn’t do it without the genuinely amazing teachers here at our school. Now let’s get out there and enjoy every minute of the last days of summer!!!
